| Interventions | Lomustine 130 mg/m2 orally every 6 weeks. Lomustine 110 mg/m2 orally every 6 weeks. Procarbazine 60-75 mg/m2 orally from Day 8 to Day 21. Vincristine is administered intravenously at 1.4 mg/m2 (up to 2 mg) on Day 8 and Day29. |
