International safety notice
It has been discovered that there is an error in the hydraulic piping of this product. Although the possibility of this problem occurring is extremely low, the control valve may become clogged with dirt, resulting in internal oil leakage. Due to this, the cylinder gradually contracts during the adjuster base lock operation, vertical rotation operation, and main body lowering operation. A "sinking" phenomenon may occur. In particular, if settling occurs during the operation of the adjuster base lock, there is a risk of problems with fixing the main body. Therefore, we have decided to carry out a voluntary recall of the affected operating tables.
